This service is free of charge for active students, faculty, staff, and affiliates.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I get help with this service?
Primary support is provided by SurveyMonkey. You can contact SurveyMonkey's or access self-service video tutorials and how-to documents on SurveyMonkey's .
University Systems will provide support for login and access issues with SurveyMonkey. Contact the Computer Help Desk for help assistance:

Survey design is responsibility of the end-users. University Systems will not offer support or help with survey design.
