To request this service, you must have approval from your supervisor. Once approved, have your supervisor fill out the FMIS access request form. If you have any issues, questions, or concerns, contact the Computer Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@uvic.ca or phoning 250-721-7687. Once approved, this resource can be accessed through the online tools in Online tools.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to . Facilities Management operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
