We can help with the audiovisual needs of your on campus event, class session, or conference. One of our AV coordinators will work with you to understand your event requirements, plan logistics, and coordinate the details needed to host a successful event.Who can use this service?

How do I request this service?
We provide audio visual support on a "first come, first serve" basis. We require at least 3 working days' advance notice.
Submit a request for event support. This request form is available to users with a UVic NetLink ID only.
What is the cost for this service?
Costs vary. We'll provide an estimate during your event consultation.
Please note we only take payment via FAST accounts.
Where is this service available?
We provide AV equipment and support only for events on site at our Gordon Head campus. If you are planning an off campus event, we can help you work with .
When is this service available?
The Media Services department is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requests outside our normal hours must be arranged in advance.
