If you experience any issues with your computer that cause you to be unable to access the files and folders stored on your computer, the Computer Help Desk may be able to recover your data. The hardware-certified analysts at the Help Desk can salvage data on most damaged, corrupted, or inaccessible hard drives.

How do I request or access this service?
Bring your hardware to the Computer Help Desk location at the Technology Solutions Centre (CLE C143) to have your data recovered.
What is the cost for this service?
General rates are $50 per hour for students and $75 per hour for faculty and staff.
When is this service available?
The Computer Help Desk is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
