Zoom App Warning
In order to keep Zoom users informed regarding information being shared with Market Apps when attending a Zoom meeting, a new functionality has been made available in the latest release of the Zoom client.
When launching a meeting, you will notice a short lived pop-up warning in the left top corner of the screen, informing you if there are Apps currently running that have real time access to your meeting information.
Clicking on the icon located at the top left of the screen (four circles) will provide you a list of the Apps which may have real time access to some information in the meeting.
Clicking on each App listed, and selecting the Learn More option, will provide additional information regarding the information shared with that App.
The only Market App we currently have in place which is responsible for generating this warning, is the LTI Pro Zoom connector. This App is required to allow for Zoom integration with our Brightspace learning management system.
