Contact your student recruiter

Your recruiter is assigned according to the location of your current or most recent high school, college or university. For example, international students attending high schools in Victoria should contact the Vancouver Island recruiter.

Indigenous students

If you're an Indigenous Student from Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland or any region outside BC and the Yukon, contact Tanisha Nuttall.

On-campus appointments

On-campus appointments are not available on November 12-13, 2024. During this time, please contact your recruiter by email or phone.

If you're visiting UVic and would like to speak with a recruiter, go to the Welcome Centre in the Jamie Cassels Centre. Drop-in appointments are available on weekdays (excluding statutory holidays) during the following hours.

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday & Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
