Campus hours

Most university offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We close offices and cancel classes on statutory holidays. UVic is also closed between December 25 and January 1 each year.

Campus security

Campus security is available 24 hours a day to respond to on-campus safety, security and first-aid concerns.

Extended hours

Libraries, lab facilities and other services and activities have extended hours of operation.

During holidays and campus closures, check with the department on their specific open hours.
