The ROE must include the name, address, telephone number and email address for the proposed external examiner. Once this form has been completed and submitted to the Faculty of Graduate Studies, no changes are to be made to the thesis or dissertation prior to the oral defense. This form, once completed, is to be submitted it to the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies.
