Request conference wireless network access

Please complete the following form to request a temporary wireless user account for conference attendees. The form will be sent to the Computer Help Desk who will check your form submission and process the request. You will receive an email as soon as your request has been confirmed. There is a $200 fee for the setup and configuration of a conference wireless network.
Requests should be made a minimum of 5 business days before it is required. Cancellations within this timeframe will also be charged for.
