Throughout Winter Session 2024/25, the Vice-President Academic and Provost will once again be visiting faculty councils to hear what matters most to faculty members—as teachers, researchers and colleagues—as we work collaboratively to advance our institutional plans.

In preparation, faculty and librarians are asked to please review the recently updated Academic Action Plan and consider the following questions:

• What key academic priorities and initiatives should we focus on together in the coming 1-3 years, including to support faculty and student success?
• What are the most significant opportunities you see to collectively advance the scholarly collaboration, culture and impact of your unit?
• What are some challenges or barriers to prioritizing these opportunities?
• Are there specific areas where you believe more (or less) support or resources are needed?

At the concusion of the Listening Tour in spring 2025, we will update this web page with a summary of what was discussed.
