Visiting applicants
We consider applications from students in other law schools who wish to visit our faculty for one or two semesters. The number of applicants accepted is limited to ensure that our class sizes are not significantly altered.
Application deadlines
Applications for visiting positions (Sep-Dec or Sep-Apr) are due April 30 (4 p.m. PST)
Applications for visiting positions (January to April) are due July 31 (4 p.m. PST)
Where appropriate, we may consider applications for entry our summer session. If accepted, your course program must be approved by the deans of both law schools, or their designates.
Application checklist
A complete application will include:
- Submission of the
- A no longer than 750 words; indicate which semester(s) you are applying for
- Payment of the application fee
- Your academic record from law school
- A letter of permission from your current law school
