Program forms
Every September, you should meet with your supervisor to review and update your Student Program Form, and then submit it to our Graduate Secretary (Emmanuelle Guenette) by September 30th. This will let you keep track of your progress as you work through your program of study.

Progress Reports

Aside from updating your Progress Report every year, you will likely have to complete and submit various other forms during your program.
Course Registration:
You will typically register for courses online through . However, directed studies courses, WDA courses, and courses taken outside the department have their special registration form which must be filled, signed, and then sent to GARO by the Graduate Secretary.
- Graduate Registration Form: to be used for registering in a course outside the Linguistics Department or for course auditing (must be sent along with a Graduate Program Update form)
- Directed Studies Pro Forma proposal form (must be sent along with a Graduate Program Update form)
