Photo style
Our photography uses three distinct styles:
Together, these three styles represent how we look to the world. The above links provide an overview of how and when each style of photography is to be used, as well as some helpful tips on how each of the styles can be shot appropriately.
Whenever possible, include subtle reference to UVic colours in image details, which could include blue, yellow and red objects, or subjects wearing clothing in those colours.
Photo subjects should reflect the diversity of students, faculty and staff on campus.
