At UVic, learning extends beyond the classroom. Through UVic's co-operative education program, you can alternate terms in class with paid work terms in positions related to your field of study.
There are optional co-op programs for undergraduate and graduate students in:

Employer resources
Our co-op students can provide you and your business with a wide range of employment options. Our students work in the fields of sociology, psychology, political science, geography, environmental studies, economics and anthropology. They can take on short-term tasks with enthusiasm and energy, contribute their skills to ongoing projects or assist your regular staff during peak periods.
Hiring a co-op student is easy, and our staff provides support along the way.
