SEOS office

Please contact the SEOS main office with questions.

Graduate advisor

The Graduate Advisor () can give advice on any issues you may have. The graduate advisor acts as an advocate for the graduate students at the faculty level and as a liaison between the School and the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The graduate advisor also chairs the SEOS Graduate Committee which is responsible for determining procedures and making recommendations for curriculum changes and for awards and scholarships - the graduate student representatives sit on this committee and can voice your opinion to it.

University administration

The final arbiter on all matters pertaining to graduate studies is the Dean of Graduate Studies.

Most of the bureaucratic information you are likely to need regarding issues such as registering to be in the program (note that being enrolled in either 599 or 699 throughout your studies is required), registering for courses, or for temporarily withdrawing are available through the  and the  websites.
