Heather Currie
Heather Currie is the Borders in Globalization Research Program Manager. With this position she will be managing the 21st Century Borders SSHRC Partnership Grant, the Jean Monnet Borders, Human-to-Military Security Database Network, and will be a managing Editor for BIG’s peer-reviewed open-access journal, the BIG_Review.
Heather is a UVic alumni (History) and was previously employed in multiple departments at UVic (recently purchasing). She is currently in the process of completing her Masters in War Studies at the Royal Military College (international human security and peacekeeping). She also sits on the Board of the Canadian International Council, Victoria branch.
