Stephen Fielding
Stephen Fielding is a Ph.D. Candidate in History at the 番茄社区 and a Research Fellow with the Centre for Global Studies. His current research explores how sport was a key nexus for social interaction in Toronto’s diverse immigrant landscape, a gateway to transnational networks through soccer fandom and ‘homeland trips’, and the inspiration for Toronto's civic rebranding as a multicultural tourist destination.
