Taught across 3 continents and culminating in a global internship, the MGB program is a 12-16 month, full-time immersion program for recent graduates. Learn by doing

There is no better way to understand global business than by stepping into the full experience. Meet new people, learn the language, and navigate the social and cultural nuances of different regions.

Choose your path
Take charge of your learning by selecting 1 of 3 paths. Together with students from partner institutions, you'll study and travel as a close-knit group for 9 months.

Global internship
Your experience ends with an internship at an international organization. This exciting trans-national opportunity puts your learning and skills into practice.

By graduation, you'll develop:

a high level of cultural awareness
an understanding of the socio-economic environments of North America, Asia, Latin America and Europe

MGB cohorts move together from location to location. That means you will have a close-knit team of 40 students experiencing the world with you.

Cohorts are composed of students from each of the 3 universities on your path. Students admitted to the MGB come from all over the world, adding another dimension to your international experience.
