The Saunders Workshop No.3 is up and running. The new facility houses the FMGT grounds maintenance team, vehicle repair shop and fabricating/welding shop. The building meets current seismic standards and is set to be certified as LEED Gold. Building access is restricted, but you can take a look at the exterior from Alexander Ave.
