Support for computer labs
Need help in person?
There are Computer Help Desk staff at the support desk near each computing facility entrance. They can help you find and use the lab computers and technology:
- set up a lab’s audiovisual system for your booking
- troubleshoot technical issues
- help you find specific equipment and software
They can also help you with other UVic services. For example:
- Sign in to computers with your NetLink ID
- Use your UVic email
- Connect to UVic Wi-Fi with your personal device

If you have questions about booking the student project rooms or media studios, you can visit the support desk staff.
If you have questions about teaching lab bookings or technical issues with the booking forms, please contact scfbook@uvic.ca.
