Ivan G. Somlai Ivan G. Somlai has lived and worked in many parts of the world where conflict and insurgencies are commonplace. In this talk, Ivan will speak about his recent experiences working in conflict zones, particularly in Pakistan and Nepal. He will discuss what the contributing factors are to insurgency development, who are the hidden and visible insurgents, and what are the particular challenges working with these groups.
