We provide a variety of regulatory training and education for UVic staff, faculty and students in support of research, teaching and university operations. Please browse through the categories below for our current list of course offerings.

Research safety

For all UVic personnel using hazardous materials or equipment in a laboratory environment or in the field.

General safety

For all UVic personnel who require WHMIS or work in the vicinity of chemicals or areas of exposure.

Joint safety committees

For all joint local safety committee members and University Safety Committee members.

All staff & faculty

Required training for the campus community to meet WorkSafeBC and UVic requirements.
