Incident & hazard reporting
A strong reporting culture is essential to preventing accidents and injuries.
All accidents, injuries and near-misses involving faculty, staff or students must be reported as soon as possible to a supervisor using the Departmental Incident & Investigation Report.
Any campus health and safety concern or hazard should also be reported as soon as possible to avoid potential accidents or injuries.
