Our people
Gender studies instructors come from a variety of academic backgrounds and approaches. The department consists of seven regular faculty, several sessional lecturers and one staff member. Our diversity contributes to the strength and interdisciplinary nature of Gender Studies and allows us to offer a wide range of courses based on our areas of research, our expertise and lived experience.
We invite students to join us in producing feminist interdisciplinary knowledge that will both transform the circuits of power around us and empower all of us as socially aware individuals.
