Gender Studies graduate Tara Paterson — Tara Paterson graduated with an honours BA in gender studies and won a Rhodes Scholarship to continue her studies at Oxford University in England.

If you are interested in the gender studies honours program you should consult with the Honours Adviser during your third year. All terms of acceptance (below) must be met no later than June 30th of the term preceding enrolment in .

Terms of acceptance:

a GPA of at least 6.5 in five upper-level (300- and 400-level) GNDR courses
a minimum GPA of 4.5 in all other courses
written permission of your proposed GNDR 499 supervisor

Honours program requirements (25.5 units)

You are welcome to take more than the required Gender Studies courses as electives.
