Biography
Vivien joined the Gustavson School of Business in 2006, and now serves as academic director of the Master in Management program. Previously, she oversaw academic direction for the school’s MBA and BCom programs. As an associate teaching professor at the Gustavson School of Business, Vivien works with students at all levels—graduate, post-graduate and undergraduate. Her topics of interest include collaboration, employee engagement, leadership and change management. Vivien’s research has been published in Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior and The American Behavioral Scientist.
Vivien also works as a facilitator and advisor for a number of corporate clients, and works closely with Gustavson School of Business Executive Education to design short courses and leadership development programs for a range of different organizations. Vivien is recognized as a skilled facilitator who is able to engage a variety of audiences, encourage diverse perspectives, and help to articulate common and engaging goals.
