Short Bio:
Andrew is a Director with the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low-Carbon Innovation, responsible for clean and renewable electricity supplies and public utility regulation. He is also an Adjunct Professor with UVic Civil Engineering supporting research on resilient communities (link: /news/topics/2023+pics-building-knowledges-building-communities+news). He is the founder of the Greater Victoria 2030 District (link: ), lead author of the Canadian Academy of Engineering’s Roadmap to Resilient, Ultra-Low Energy Buildings and Deep Integration of Renewables (link: ) and chairperson of the CIVE Industry Advisor Council.
