Cognition and Brain Science researchers are celebrating their success in securing a National Sciences and Engineering Research Council grant to support research using a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) machine at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Functional MRI is a cutting edge technology for cognitive neuroscientists that will serve UVic researchers well in conducting research that will advance our understanding the workings of the human brain and mind.
