In collaboration with the Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability, , and , Food Services has introduced a program promoting the use of reusable cups for all to-go beverages on campus. This initiative simplifies the process for students, faculty, and staff to reduce their environmental impact and addresses the growing issue of single-use waste. The program will initially launch at Port Cafe and Boardwalk Cafe, with plans to extend to other locations. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
How Do I Borrow a Cup?
Use your ONEcard, credit/debit card or the to borrow a reusable cup from participating locations on campus. Once you sign up on the web-app, you can download the mobile app to see return locations, get reminders, and track your impact.
What Is the Return Process?
Return the cup within 5 days to any Smart Bin on campus by scanning the tag on the bottom.
Is There a Cost?
No, the cup is free to borrow, with a refundable charge if not returned on time.
What Are the Cups Made Of?
The cups are made of food-grade recycled stainless steel and the lids are made of food-safe BPA-free Tritan, ensuring safety and sustainability.
Where Can I Return the Cup?
