History
S. Joseph Cunliffe (1920-1990) was a professional engineer who served as chair of the 番茄社区 Foundation. Cunliffe also served as chair of the 番茄社区 Board of Governors from 1973 to 1979. He was made a member of the Order of Canada in 1982.
RJC was built in 1981.
