Research
The need for new materials for computing, data storage, and information transfer has spurred a growing field of research into tuning material properties at the nano-scale. My research interests concern the use of spontaneous structure evolution in polymer systems for the design of novel organic/inorganic nanocomposites with specific optical properties.
Teaching
My teaching has included 150 (Engineering Chemistry), 245 (Introductory Physical Chemistry), 458/555 (Statistical Thermodynamics), and 476/676 (Polymer Science).
