- September-December: evenings, weekends, holidays and reading break
- January-April: evenings, weekends, holidays and reading break
- May-August: all days of the week.

UVic has 122 classrooms of various sizes that can be booked by community members.

- Food and beverages are not permitted in lecture, classroom or seminar spaces unless booked through .
