About

As the Global Engagement Officer, my role is to help strengthen the University’s global profile and enhance global engagement by providing professional and technical support for our international relations. I am responsible for supporting the management and development of UVic’s international partnerships and activities using MoveON, our international relations database. Additionally, I provide support for global agreements, missions, delegations, and trips.

 I came to Victoria right after I received my first Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from China, and I got my second Master of Arts degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the Royal Roads University. I joined UVic in August 2016 and had worked with the University of Calgary for about 2 years prior.
