Andrea is part of a team responsible for various Human Resources transactions and services for approximately 7,000 employees across Canada. After developing an interest in organizational psychology, she completed two co-op work terms in Human Resources. After graduation, she completed an 8-month management trainee internship in Brazil with Vale through the UVic AIESEC chapter.
