Work study - Research Assistant 鈥 Data Visualization
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide research assistance in the development of data visualization for research projects. This
may include display production, script composition, file architecture, digital publishing and other
research duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hardware and software in a PC environment
• Data analysis experience, preference for health data
• Research experience an asset
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, independent, and professional
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Preference for a graduate student

Work study -Research Assistant 鈥 Project Development
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide research assistance in the development of lifelong health research projects. This may include literature review and research across a variety of disciplines, compiling bibliography, writing annotations and other research duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hardware and software in a PC environment
• Research experience an asset
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, independent, and professional
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Preference for BA Honours or BSc Honours in third or fourth year

To provide research assistance in the development of materials for knowledge mobilization. This may include:
• Event organization
• Posting to social media: website, Facebook, and Twitter
• Designing flyers and programs
• Other duties as assigned

• Research and knowledge mobilization experience an asset
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, independent, and professional
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
