As part of Ideafest 2014, the Medieval Studies Program and the Medieval Studies Course Union hosted Medieval Minutes, a session of very short stories and presentations performed around the round table in the multipurpose room of UVic Libraries Special Collections.

In addition to the annual Medieval Workshop and Undergraduate Conference, the Medieval Studies Program brings visiting lecturers to campus as part of the . The program also hosts Mardinalia, a Monday seminar open to students and the public alike.
