Graduate

PHSP student in a campus building
Our students benefit from engaging online courses, on campus experiences, and practicum placements that take learning beyond the classroom.

The Master of Public Health and Graduate Diploma will prepare you for research and practice careers that promote the health and well-being of communities.

You'll learn to creatively analyze public health issues and policies from diverse perspectives and explore the ethical, legal and social dilemmas impacting public health. Our programs include practicum placements that will help you put your skills into practice.

Our graduate programs include the following areas of focus:

  • Social Policy
  • Indigenous Peoples' Health

Flexible learning options

Complete the courses online in your own community and attend two required, hybrid (on-campus or online) experiences at the beginning and completion of your program.

Due to the Canadian centric content and the availability of practicum placements, the School of Public Health and Social Policy delivers this program to students who reside within Canada and the USA.
