During the welcome ceremony for Indigenous law students of new JID program, First Peoples House, UVic — Elders, students, scholars, national and provincial leaders gathered at First Peoples House for the launch of the Indigenous law program at UVic, with media outlets covering the ceremony on Sept. 25, 2018 which welcomed the first cohort of 26 students to the JID program.

We connect our university community with local, regional, and national print and broadcast media to talk about the stories that matter—to people, places and the planet.
