UVic Libraries’ Associate University Librarian Reconciliation Ry Moran has been appointed to a new federal leadership circle designed to guide and support Indigenous research in Canada. Librarian Pia Russell has also received two awards from the British Columbia Library Association for her work on the BC Historical Textbooks Project. CAPI director Victor V. Ramraj has also been appointed to a new federal Indo-Pacific advisory committee.
