Rachel Ditor
Rachel Ditor (BA McGill, MFA UBC) is a dramaturg, director, and teacher. Play development credits include work with: Playwrights Workshop Montreal, the National Arts Centre, Saskatchewan Playwrights Centre, Playwrights Theatre Centre, Electric Company, Theatre Replacement, Ruby Slippers, Gateway Theatre, VACT, Urban Ink, faculty dramaturg for the Banff PlayRites Colony, resident dramaturg for Touchstone Theatre and Rumble Theatre, and literary manager and dramaturg for the Arts Club Theatre for 17 years. Favourite directing credits include: Hippies and Bolsheviks by Amiel Gladstone (Alberta Theatre Projects), Tiger of Malaya by Hiro Kanagawa (Gateway Theatre), Merchant of Venice, All’s Well That Ends Well (Bard on the Beach), The Men in White by Anosh Irani, and Shaw’s The Philanderer (Arts Club Theatre).
