Works to accelerate transformation of the university’s systems and cultures towards practices of equity, inclusion and anti-racism through policy, planning and action.
Participates in the development of university Equity Action Plan and policy review processes, including identifying EDI concerns, building shared knowledge and approaches, and co-developing educational materials and initiatives.
Collaborates with other university units doing anti-oppression/diversity/inclusion work in order to share resources, good practices and development opportunities that promote a safer and more inclusive campus.
