Community engagement at UVic
Thinking globally and acting locally has never been more relavent. At UVic, we have long believed in, and put into practice, the power and capacity of people to form networks of relationships with communities near and far.
These realtionships strengthen our collective ability to contribute to a better future for one another and the planet. Great things happen when we combine the forces of our research and academic teams with the knowledge and expertise of people who understand their communities – the challenges that need to be addressed, and the opportunities for innovation and adaptation.
We invite you to walk with us.
Our future and the well-being of all our children rests with the kind of relationships we build today
